Michelle Korsmo is the President and CEO of the National Restaurant Association, as well as the CEO of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. In her role, she focuses on delivering value to the association's members and advancing the restaurant industry's vitality. Before this, she served as the CEO of the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America, where she led the industry through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Korsmo also held leadership roles at the American Land Title Association and the U.S. Department of Labor. She began her career in North Dakota, where she built a public advocacy and political consulting firm.

Korsmo also worked as the Executive Vice President of the Americans for Prosperity Foundation and as Deputy Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Labor. Early in her career, she founded a public advocacy and political consulting firm in her home state of North Dakota.
