Tiffany Pham is an American entrepreneur, author, and media personality, best known as the founder and CEO of Mogul, a diversity recruitment company that provides software and executive search services to clients including Chanel, UBS, Bristol Myers Squibb, Intuit, eBay, Nike, and Amazon. Under her leadership, Mogul has been recognized as a "Technology Pioneer" by the World Economic Forum in 2023. Tiffany has also appeared on The History Channel programs The Machines That Built America and The Toys That Built America, served as a judge on TLC's Girl Starter, and co-hosted The Positive Pushback. She is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestselling book You Are a Mogul (2018).
BEFORE RICHES
Prior to founding Mogul, Tiffany held positions at CBS, HBO, Credit Suisse, and Goldman Sachs. She also co-founded the Beijing International Screenwriting Competition in 2013 and co-produced films such as Girlfriend (2010), Funny Bunny (2015), and AWOL (2016).
HOW SHE MADE 1st MILLION
Tiffany's vision for Mogul was inspired by her desire to create a platform that empowers women and minorities by providing access to information and opportunities. She developed the initial version of Mogul herself, and the platform has since grown to reach millions worldwide. Her work has been recognized by Forbes' "30 Under 30" in Media and Business Insider's "30 Most Important Women Under 30" in Technology.
